INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER

Information stored in the register includes the information provided by the user themselves (name, position, company/organization, contact information including email address and phone number), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, information about ordered services and changes made to them, billing information and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

The information to be saved in the register can be obtained from e.g. messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives out their information. We do not use any unusual or questionable means to spy on our customers, and we do not collect or store unnecessary information that we do not tell you about separately.

The purpose of the customer register is to keep in touch, maintain customer relations, store information necessary for event production, and market our products and services. We do not use the information stored in the register for profiling individual customers, and we do not disclose information to third parties for marketing purposes.

 

REGISTER PROCESSING

Data can be transferred for storage outside the EU and EEA and can also be stored on the servers of trusted external partners (such as CRM and invoicing systems). These partners do not have the right to use the information handed over for storage for marketing or other purposes.

The register kept on the servers of both Tuoni Studios and potential partners is handled with care and the information processed is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description includes the use of this data.

 

RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information, or to request the deletion of their personal information from the register (the right to be forgotten). If you want to check the data stored about you or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
